Panther Lacrosse Winter Training Series

"Adelphi University Women's Lacrosse invites you to the Panther Lacrosse Winter Training Series of clinics that will provide 5 sessions of fast-paced, multi-rep, positional training! Each session will take place indoors at the Coleman Country Day Camp and will focus on stick skills, positional work and small sided games.
