Our staff of farming and cooking specialists, instructors, counselors, and counselors-in-training, lead campers in daily farm chores, science experiments, cooking activities, crafts, and nature walks that emphasize farm-to-plate connections, cycles found in nature, and sustainable food systems. Daily hands-on farm chores include harvesting, weeding, and planting in our field, and gardens, composting, egg collecting, and caring for our grass-fed livestock. Care of livestock can include grooming goats and horses, and feeding adult animals and bottle babies, and milking goats.
