Welcome to Timberline Ranch! Our camp in Maple Ridge, B.C., is the place where memories are created for a lifetime. Your kids will never forget the pony rides, archery, climbing wall, swimming and games – and you are guaranteed to hear the stories for months to come! And the best part is that Mom and Dad can rest easy knowing the kids are embarking on an adventure where safety comes first, in the midst of all the great fun.
Day Camp
Outdoor adventure isn’t just for the older kids. During the summer, Timberline Ranch offers day camps for children from 7 – 8 years old to expose children to a whole new world of adventure by day, but let them fall asleep in their own beds at night.
And the kids are guaranteed to sleep well! Timberline has horses, swimming, climbing, crafts, games and more.
All day camps begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday the week of camp. Lunch and snacks are provided each day.
Overnight Camp
Campfires, games, and sleeping in a cabin – can it get any better? At Timberline Ranch, it sure does! Overnight camps offer a little bit of everything for campers looking to experience it all, including six different program options* to choose from.
Camps are offered according to age, with Junior camps designed for 9- to 12-year-olds, Middle camps for those 11 to 14 years, and Teen camps for 14- to 16-year-olds. Our shorter and cheaper Summer Kick-Off camps are designed for 9- to 14-year-olds. The age of each camper is determined by what age they will be at the end of the current year (Dec. 31).
When it’s time for the cowpokes to hit the hay, their cabin stays are booked in areas like the Western Town and Poolside Cabins. Because the camps are so popular, we limit registration to one summer camp per person, until after April 30. This allows as many children as possible to sign up for a camp.
All regular summer camps begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon and end Friday with a rodeo at 4:30 p.m., followed by a barbecue supper at 5:30 p.m. Parents are welcome to come early for the rodeo and/or supper (purchase), or they may come as late as 5:45 p.m. to sign out and pick up their campers. The Summer Kick-Off camps run Friday to Monday and Tuesday to Friday respectively.
