Your child will improve their fitness level through circuit training, running, loco-motor skills (cardio), jumping rope and of course gymnastics. We'll have a blast with soccer, Firsbee golf, karate, cool dances and many more sports activities. The Learning through Motion program will exercise our campers' brains too, by combining learning with physical movement. In addition, our camps will include a focused academic time to reinforce skills learned throughout the school year. We will be hsarpening brain skills as well as physical skills all summer long! Campers will enjoy high quality activities including arts and crafts, science experiments, food crafts, special guests and carnival day!
