Description

CAMP SILVERSIDES, a children’s Evangelical Christian Bible Camp with Canadian Sunday School Mission, located on the south shores of Gull Lake in Central Alberta, is looking to fill the full time position of Food Services Director. We run a year round program of children’s summer camps and off season retreat rentals and have a modern well-equipped commercial kitchen and dining facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for kitchen management, menu planning and cooking, food and supply budgeting and purchasing, and co-ordination of a large base of volunteer workers.

Formal training is an asset but not required. Some experience is essential. The candidate will work effectively in a team setting and have excellent interpersonal skills.
