Job Description
Men’s Staff Counselor: Responsible for counseling, encouraging and assisting male staff members on a day-to-day basis. Will offer emotional, interpersonal and prayer support to male staff members. Assist in camper follow-up and camper commitment response tabulation. Will work with Women’s Staff Counselor and Summer Staffing Supervisor to facilitate and implement summer staff enrichment. May serve in other leadership capacities as determined by the Program Director. Being a part of the program team and assisting in the development of evening programs is also required. Weekly salary: $200 plus room and board.Job Criteria
