Job Description
The Adventure Activities Director will oversee our entire Ropes Course facility which includes our brand new 45' climbing tower and zip line, a 24' rock wall and numerous low ropes elements. This position has many challenging and exciting facets, including managing a staff of 6 counselors, ensuring instruction is being done properly and safely at all times as maintaining all equipment used at the activities. The Adventure Activities Director will also coordinate off camp climbing trips to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The applicant must have strong organizational skills and be able to communicate techniques and safety procedures to campers and staff. The applicant must also have a strong background instructing high ropes and low ropes activities. A candidate must be at least 25 years of age to apply for this position.
