Job Description
Working as a summer camp counsellor and a department head can be very demanding. There are two parts to the position. Firstly you must be able to create a fun, and caring living unit for the children, this part of the job is similar to parenting, making sure the children are up for breakfast and eating regular meals, in good health, clean and tidy, and emotionally and physically happy. The second part of the job includes teaching and leading other staff mebers in your speciality area. You will be responsible running activities and organising your department to ensure your team are offering a wide variaty of fun and educational classes for the campers.Job Criteria
