Kitchen Helpers/Dishwashers Camp Ak-O-Mak, Parry Sound Region of Ontario Camp Ak-O-Mak is a world renowned swimming and sports camp for girls 7-16. Since 1928, Ak-O-Mak has been providing young athletes with the perfect combination of a traditional summer camp experience and instruction in over 25 sports. Camp Ak-O-Mak is seeking 2 full time kitchen helpers for seasonal employment from mid-June until September. The ideal candidate for each of these positions would enjoy the outdoors and be able to work well and live closely with others in a rustic camp setting. Working as a Kitchen Helper, you would work under the direct supervision of the Head Chef. You would be responsible for setting the dining room tables before meals, assisting with food service, dishwashing duties, and kitchen/dining room clean up while maintaining or exceeding the public health policies for safe food handling and kitchen cleanliness. Job Type: Seasonal, Full Time. Experience: Prefer some kitchen/hospitality experience. Employer will provide training. Languages: English mandatory. Housing: Room and board provided. Shared accommodation. Salary: Minimum Wage.Job Criteria
