It sits on the Hudson River and has many historical sites like Washington Irving's home and gorgeous parks. Give your young artist a chance to shine with a Tarrytown Arts Camp. The Open Call Drama Camp is for grades 4-6 and campers will be performing The Adventures of Wolf Boy and the Heart of the Mountain. Clay Camp, for grades 4-8, is grouped by age and uses ceramic equipment at the high school to make clay projects. Architecture for Kids, grades 4-7, may include making dinosaur habitats, a space colony, or bridge design.

Make memories at Oasis Day Camp in Dobbs Ferry, which is created for children ages 3-15. Talent shows, Olympics, BBQ's, and Color Wars are all some of the pre-scheduled activities that kids will go wild for! Don't worry, there won't be any headless horsemen, but to keep things spooky you can go on a cemetery tour in the afternoon or evening. A weekly farmer's market is more tame and serves fresh coffee, baked goods, produce, and preserves. At Halloween, there is the Great Jack O' Lantern Blaze, where illuminated pumpkins, a pumpkin planetarium, and an undersea aquarium come to life!
