Sweep down the dunes at Sand Master Park in Florence, where 40 acres of privately owned land translate into a whole lot of family fun. Children of all ages will love soaring down the hills of sand on rented boards. Play in the largest sandbox in Oregon to sculpt a state-of-the-art castle, or walk to the nearby beach for a refreshing swim. The artistically inclined will love learning how to do glass blowing and make sand art. If your kids still can't get enough of the beach, take them to Yachats coastline, where tidal pools and the potential to add to their seashell collection will be sure to delight.
